1. Information we collect

We collect and process information necessary to provide the Service:

• Account information: When you sign in (e.g. via Clerk), we receive identifiers such as user ID, email, and name, and organization/team membership as provided by the identity provider.
• Integration tokens and metadata: When you connect Vercel or GitHub, we store access tokens and associated metadata (e.g. project or repo names and IDs) only for the projects or repos you explicitly grant. We use these to list resources, create branches, and deploy to preview.
• Usage data: We may log requests and errors for operation and security (e.g. IP, timestamps). We do not sell your data.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to provide, operate, and improve the Service (e.g. authentication, project and deployment management, support). We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Storage and security

Tokens and project metadata are stored in our backend and database. We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the Service.

4. Third-party services

We rely on third parties for identity (e.g. Clerk), hosting (e.g. Vercel), and integrations (Vercel, GitHub). Their handling of data is governed by their respective privacy policies. We only pass data necessary for the integration (e.g. OAuth tokens to our backend; we do not send tokens to the client or to AI/agent services).

5. Cookies and similar tech

We and our providers (e.g. Clerk) may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these, contact us at harisrab01@gmail.com. You may also revoke integrations (e.g. disconnect Vercel or GitHub) from the Service or from the provider’s settings.
